Fix Bee trying to download it on another computer

I have fix bee on one computer with Vista OS, I have kept trying to download it on another computer I have with windows 7. It will not download anyone have a clue what I am doing wrong?

Well from searching here https://ccm.net/forum/affich-762791-fix-bee it looks like others have the same problem.

You may have to ask Fix bee themselves.
