Hi there,
Have you tried to show the folder from the folder options? If you do and there is no result, I would recommend you try the attrib -h -r -s/d h:\*.* (where "h" is the letter of your drive) command from the CMD. Many users have success trying to find their hidden files. Follow the link below for some more details.
