Toshiba L500 only start in safe mode

was working ok one day then next would only start in safe mode, everytime I tried to start normally it froze. I bought this computer off a family member and does not have any recovery disks.

Toshiba never comes with recovery disk.

You can restory to factory settings. Here is how:
