Cant send email form outlook 2007 & 2010 ( using go daddy domain

hi,
i am able to receive emails but cant send any emails

it is giving below error message.

The server responded: 554 p3plsmtpa08-07.prod.phx3.secureserver.net ESMTP No Relay Access Allowed From 86.98.87.62

Where are you authenticating the login?
You must authenticate against an SMTP server in order to send out. That is a service your domain provider can help you with, but it not free.

Think of all of the SPAM you get already, and now imagine all of the SPAM without this authentication step!!!!
