Hello,
I am looking for a macro or formula in excel to select some information according to the same criteria:
eg. from this table
A 3.32 10 12 pass
B 3.43 01 03 out of tolerance
C 3.18 04 01 out of tolerance
D 3.26 02 01 out of tolerance
E 3.14 11 16 pass

I would like to get a table show all information of the point which out of tolerance

out of tolerance B 3.43 01 03
out of tolerance C 3.18 04 01
out of tolerance D 3.26 02 01

Thanks in advance for your answer!

autofiler according to column E criteria being "out of tolerance"

if necessary copy FILTERED data to another sheet and remove filter from original data

will this satisfy you

Thanks for your answer.

Actually, I have two columns show the result is pass or out of tolerance, such as,
Pt CH Hz. V. Hz. result V. result
A 3.32 10 12 pass pass
B 3.43 01 03 out of tolerance out of tolerance
C 3.18 04 01 out of tolerance pass
D 3.26 02 01 out of tolerance out of tolerance
E 3.14 11 16 pass out of tolerance

but I have a lot of data in a speadsheet and I only want to pick the data which out of tolerance (no matter Hz. result or V. result). If I use autofilter and copy to another sheet, some data maybe duplicated, I need to take much time to remove duplicated data.

So I'm looking for a way which can only pick the data I need in one time, can I do that in Excel?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

not clar

autofiler picks up data you want -see excel help on "autofilter"

you can just copy filtered data to another location by one stroke
