Even in disk management my pendrive is not deducted-solution plz

My pen drive is not deducted even in disk management, what would be the problem, can anyone plz provide me a solution. Iam having few important documents in it. It is not deducted in any systems, i think the problem is with the pendrive, some one plz help with a solution plz.....

You are correct, the problem is with the pen drive. It is no doubt damaged and now useless.
