Hi Monalisa:

Have your friend received any messages from Facebook informing on the blocked account?

Or when your friend tries to login receives a message that it has been blocked?

Is Twinkle using the correct username or email or password to connect with the account?

Remember that any modification to username or password don't allow to login. They must be exact.

If that is not the problem, try deleting the pc's cashe and browsing history.
