Printer doesn't print duplex

my printer doesn't print duplex it gives me a message no duplex set however i t has one in the back

Hello,

does your printer support duplexing?

if so, have you got the correct printer driver installed?

what is the make/model of your printer?

I have an epson et 15000 and I cannot get it to print green. cleaned print heads, played with advanced color settings and nothing... no green Any suggestions?

Print screen won't work on Toshiba

Hello,
My print screen button on my toshiba does not work! I have tried using ctrl, alt and FN but none of these seem to work. the button says 'prtsc' and then undearneath it says 'sysrq'. I have tried pressing the print screen button, then going into paint/word and clicking paste, but none of these work!

Please help, I'm desperate!
