I cannot able to explore or format my pendrive

hi . friend i cannot able to open or explore or unable to format my pendrive before few minutes it was working properly n was connected to my car all the time n today when i unplug it from my car and plug it in my laptop for downloading new songs it shows "window is unable to complete the format" not working n in result..

please help me to work my pendrive even i had tired diskmanagement bt same result....
