Hello sir,
I am Izhar. I have sony pen drive (8gb). I dont have laptop, so i kept my all the data (nearly 5 years of data) in that pen drive. I have very important data in that. I want to recover my data anyhow,its matter of my career and life. My Sony 8GB pen drive is showing insert disk when it is connected to any system.
Sir please help me in recovering my data.

You might try a free program called Recuva. Just Google the name for a download location. But, I suspect your flash drive has failed and you have lost your information.
