Configure a wireless network from teracom bsnl broadband

sir ,
I have a problem to connect wifi with my broadband to my mobile samsung duos, I will taken all steps that you can be written that how to configure wireless in teracom modem, but still I have aproblem i.e. my device shows signal strength-very good ,link speed -54 mbps but status is always written--obtaining IP addres and after some time a message will appear that network disable due to slow connection. please sir help me for this issue.
