If the pen drive is showing in the "computer" list right click on it click properties/tools in the tools menu click "check now " in error checking
Not there also look in diskmgmt.msc for the pen drive it may not mount correctly and no drive letter if its there right click on it and make sure it mounts with a drive letter.
