Windows cannot format moserbear 8gb swivel pendrive

Hello,
i bought moserbear 8gb pendrive..
i didnt use it for almost 9 months...
nd started using it now ..it worked fine for few days ..nd
after that when i insert that into my laptop it is saying ..it should be formatted...
nd i am trying to format that one but ...it is saying windows cannot format this ....
can anybody give me a solution for this problem...

If it alerted you "The disk cannot be written to because it is write protected." You have to remove the write protedr from the volume removale disk F in drive\device\harddisk\FR3.
Then format 8gb swivel pendrive with Partition Master Free https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/6659-easeus-partition-master/

If it didn't alter you the volume is write protected, it could directly format.
