I AM jIKRIYA
having problem in hard usb flash drive
seagate p/n 9SD2A4-500 S.N.- 2GHWXKXN
not getting deteced either on explore window 7 or manage
critical software stored on it requires recovery. pl suggest me what to do?
it will be wise if I get your contact number so that we can discuss if facing problem.

Sorry there is no "magic" method to fix external hard drive problems. Most likely the hard drive mechanism has failed due to G-shock problems when it was moved while still powered on.

There are data recovery services that can sometimes recover the lost data. But, the service is very expensive.
