The sound during startup that you hear is from the Motherboard BIOS (Basic Input Outut System). You have to first identify the exact trend of the BIOS sound. Is it a short beep, a long beep the exact sequence of the same. For identifying the trend of the BEEP sound you could google out the "BIOS Beep Codes" and then identify the exact reason for the sound pertaining to your motherboard make. It normally indicates a Video graphic Adpter, RAM Random Access Memory failure, or even if the Mouse and Keybord plugs are interchanged.
This requires an onsite identification, troubleshooting and resolution expert. Hope this guides.
