Hi,
I see 2 solutions, perhaps there are more:
1. Use Samsung Kies to synchronize your phone and your PC (your phone must be supported by Kies by the way)
2. If your phone is running under Android, you have a GMail account. You can synchronize your contact list on this account and then export this list

Well,you can also use a 3rd-party tool such as Vibosoft Android Mobile Manager.

I would say the best way for you would be downloading and installing RecoveryAndroid Phone Transfer over you PC and using it you can transfer contacts from your Samsung Galaxy to PC just by connecting your device with the help of USB. :) See if this helps you out!
