Dear Sir,

I am using the Kaspersky anti virus-2013 for 3 year . I have an yahoo account. Whenever I am Downloading the attachment from yahoo. then File is not download after scanning. Please Give any solution in this matter.

hi,

Disable your Antivirus and download the file from your yahoo account and then enable it, after downloading.
