I'm not sure if it works on your type of computer but usually you can take the keys off if you're careful not to break the things that hold it in. If you can take the keys off I would suggest taking them off to see if there is anything under them. You may have spilt something down there or something got down there. If there's nothing down there or if you don't want to risk breaking your keyboard I would suggest getting it replaced .
