Problem to open the Google chrome page

Hello, i use samsung R530 laptop was working with google chrome but now it does not open as per suggestion of microsoft help i did uninstall and install chrome again but again i am opening the page it is displaying "whole google chrome crashed" next it is displaying due one programme it is not opening i asked to close the programme but same thing happening i am trying to open next it is not suggesting actually for which programme this is happening what is the solution?
