Dell laptop display and booting problem

Hello,
My situation is when I was working it has been shut down automatically after start I got Dell logo after some option came - " there are some installing problem proceed for 1 ) Repair 2 ) windows start normally " I selected repair after repair processing error came
"STOP 0x000000D1 (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO"
Then onwards display and booting not process but in keyboard wifi , battery status blinking , if I did press power button just 2 minutes processed after no action in system ...
Plz guide solution as soon as possible.

You laptop has extensive problems. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at it.
