System booting is creating error!

Respected Members!
I am using Dell Intel Core i 3 CPU at 1.90 GHz
4 GB RAM (2.64 GB usable)
32 bit OS, x-64 based processor
I am having problem in booting process. whenever I log in to my system error is instantly generated and a message is shown " No boot-able device is found press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart . What will be the problem? and What should I do?

Your hard disk has failed or is disconnected. You will need to replace it and re-install Windows.
