Problem with folder lock

Hello,
i'm nitin , i have download folder lock in drive D , and drive D is locked by folder lock
still its not working if i open the folder lock it give an error " the item referred to by this shortcut can't be accessed . you may not have the appropriate permissions "
please help me. what should i do ?

There are many "folder lock" products. What is the exact name of the one you are using?
