Question

i m having a "seagate 500 GB st3500418as desktop" but a problem of hard disk formatting with xp os in which i had 5 partition  it shows the partitions but in this method :

c:/ partition             748......
  :/partition              748......
  :/partition              748...... 
  :/partition              748......  
  :/partition              748...... 

in which c:/ is selected for formatting for xp os it gives retstart in os.
the another drives which shown above cant be delete or created..

so plz give me the solution for the above, thak you.

I think you use some external tool like EPM ( Easy Partition Manager).

epm is the software for resizing or merge partition, 
ur r not getting me, in the format procedure where after f8 it shows the hard disk partitions in xp os there the problem in which e cant delete any drive or format any drive so plz help me in this. thank u..
