Hi Subbu,
Those sounds indicate some hardware issue. If you can see some Dell logo or BIOS screen, I would say that the hard drive was failing, but since you can not see anything, sadly, it is a bad sign. I would recommend you to consult a technician. If you have some warranty left, you should contact the reseller.
Do this issue appear when using battery and when using direct cable powering?
