Hello, everyone
who have similar problem that cant delete the files of the sd card, deleted them now they are back....just one easy solution
1) remove the sd card from your device
2) break it into 2 pieces
3) throw them in the dustbin
4) buy a new one
coz your card is corrupted and cant be repaired :)
so better not look for answers anywhere else

Rather drastic "solution".
I propose this solution in its place:
1. remove the defective memory card
2. accidentally leave the card in some public place
3. this effectively passes the problem to the new "owner" of the card
4. You tell everyone you know that you "lost" the card
