Recovery vista vaio

Hello,




I have a VAIO laptop, VGN- NR38M
I have tried to remove a program which has installed on my pc,
OMIGA is the program name, my pc shut down and now it states I need the recovery disc because a windows file has been removed or is corrupt,
I don't have the recovery disc , is there a way I can get my lc back up and running .?
