I forgot the security question,and i need it to authenticate my account cause its been long i used it.Now theve sent a code to my group mail account,but i cant access it.i need an answer asap

Hi,

Sorry, but your group mail account is the only way that Yahoo has to communicate with you for you to reset your password. There is no magic trick to bypass those security measures.

Do you know that if you are not a registered member..you cant send messages into the groupmail..because i receive any group member message on my other yahoo account..but was not able to receive the message yahoo sent.
