I have a computer with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and I'm unable to listen to any audio. The PC has an Asus P5PE-VM motherboard which has ADI AD1888JCPZ High Definition Audio 6-channel Codec. I've tried to have windows search windows update for a driver but it didn't find anything. Any assistance in helping me fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you use a free program called SlimDrivers. It will identify, download and install all the hardware drivers your computer needs. Just Google the name to find a download location.
