Space in my C: drive

Hello,


I m using win 7 on my sony vaio. If i delete any programs from control panel - uninstall program then automatically space increase in my main drive(C:). means is space is 128gb free then i uninstall any program then free space become 123gb so, what should i do for making space in my C: drive.

I suggest that you defragment your disk.
