Audio Problems

So basically i have a program that came with my computer called VIA HD Audio Deck and for some reason i cant use my headphones. My headphones wont even show up on my device and audio list , i had this same program on my old computer and my headphones worked just fine. So if i download Realtek Hd Audio will it fix my problem?

No. VIA and Realtek are two different hardware/software platforms.
