Hi Shashank80,
Can you hear the initial "beep", indicating that all hardware is working properly? If you can, could go to the Advanced boot menu and select the Last known good configuration? This may solve the issue if it is somehow software related. Unfortunately, if your HDD is failing and that is the cause for the loading problems, you may need to replace the drive.
