Someone is using my mobile number in facebook

Hello,

this morning i received text message that someone add me as a friend in facebook but my mobile number is not register in facebook...someone can help me to identified or deactivate the account of the person using my mobile number?

No we cannot. Just deny the freindship, as they are probably PHISHING!
