Hi Ray,
Sorry to intrude, but I think Matt may have meant this:-
=IF(AA4>54,W4,"")
with the formula placed in AB4.
I read Matt's post differently but.................

No problem, intrude away. Its good to get another perspective.
However, I have to disagree with you.
He states that the percentage is in a 'certain cell', in this case, cell AA4.
The example he gave "54& witch is in AA4 cell", was an example only.
He also states that the comparison is between cell W4 and AA4.
His previous question, that was closed due to lack of clarity (not so in my opinion), that is eerily similar to this one.
The answer there was "=IF(B2>C2,A2*0.5,0)".
So, Matt. Back to you.
