Possibly corrupt files

I was on the internet I have a Gateway windows 8 and it froze and then it restarted and then it said attempting repairs so I'm thinking its corrupt files is there anyway that I can uncorrupt these files. The computer than a year old

In my opinion, it could be a virus.

Try to boot in safe mode and restore to a previous date.

Sorry to say but you will need to go on with the repair.

It's been in automatic repairs for hours now. There has to other options

I admire your patience, often in a woman seldom in a man. Had I been you, I would have screamed: "God give me patience, and you better hurry up!"

As a last resort, I would try a out of the box factory restore. You would lose all of your data but it's better than a computer that just sits there trying to repair.

Hello, I have a very strange situation in last two month. Usualy my clients send me multiple files for printing (photo or doc). From day one when i use whats-app web i choose select mesaje, thic multiple files or pres shift and select last files that i want downloaded. after select/ thick multiple files, i press the download simbol in right corner . an archive is downloaded, extract archiv and i see al files that i dwanted to download.. Now, in last two month, i can not find what it was changed, because when i select multiple file, download sign not apear. How to recover winmend hide folder file

Hi,

Dear Sir

I am using windmend software to hide my file since 2-3 years, I was hided my folder using this software from my external HD, but because of some virus problem my folder now not showing in windmend software so I can not able to unhidden that folder and I want it to back that folder and I want to recover my whole data.

Please help such a way so I can recover that hided folder.
