Help for my computer can not startup

Hello,
my computer is TOSHIBA SATELLITE L500-202 after it is cleaned by avast antivirus I cannot boot in. When I put the power on there are two options one is to start by fixing it and the second one is start windows normally. I have tried both options but the computer cannot start and the screen is dark. Would you please tell me the solution. Thanks

Your probably going to need to re-install Windows. I suggest you have a local repair shop do it for you.
