Hello,

My name vijay and live in india.I brought a gta 4 dvd.And i install it.Then it asked a request code.Then i register the request code.Then it the OFFLINE INSTALLER.

Whatis mean by offline installer ?. AND How to install it correctly.
PLEASE HELP ME

Hi

Offline installer means full Installer which doesn't require net connection.
