Gta 4 working slowely

Hello,
i have windows 7 ultimate with ram 4 gb ddr2 and 256 nb intel graphics card and 320gb hdd.
but gta 4 is working slow.what can i do to speed it up.

Well the 256MB graphics is sharing with the 4gb of ram. So you do nothave 4 gb of ram available for game play. That is just how it is! Get a better graphics card with 4 gb on board, so the graphics card does not need to steal the PC ram for graphics, giving the game access to all 4gb of ram!
