My pen drive is unreadable

Hello,






my usb pen drive was not detected initially.then i tried the disk management solution,changed the disk path to "I".the it was working.
but when i tried with other pen drive, it shows as unavailable or removed.
and the icon in the my computer shows red question mark on the disk.
if i tried with the other pen drive, it is working.kindly help
