Keyboard displays wrong character

Hi All,
my keyboard is performing some strange behaviour like some keys are working but display different character and some of the keys are not working at all.

problems:
1) it prints"eiu" instead of "e".
2)capslock remains inactive
3)when i want to type "d" in wordpad it takes me to the paint.
4) automatically prompt find window instead of typing "f.
5) some of the keys works same like 'D' and "f" prompt find window and many more..

I have tried a lot of solution but none of them works. any solution ???
