Need to update driver

I have installed Windows Ultimate on my Acer Aspire E1-431 laptop then after installing I can't connect to a wifi hotspot anymore. I don't know how to fix it. I looked it up at my device manager amd it says the drivers needs to be updated. Can someone help me how to do it? I dont know much about computers and Im afraid I will only mess up my laptop even more. Thank you.
