How can I view the content of illustrator file? Closed

When using blue screen and the computer restarts. Then, when opening an illustrator characters appear, loading, and after closing the program. Tried to make a backup recovery restore points. It didn't happen. How can I view the contents of the file ai? it's urgent help who that knows. thanks.

Hi

First we must see why you got a blue screen.

Download the following on your desktop: 

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/bluescreenview.zip 

Unzip the file 

Double click on BlueScreenView.exe 

At the end of the scan, click on edit and then on select all 

Go on file and click on save selected items 

Save the log as bsod.txt 

Open bsod.txt, copy and paste here
