Hello,
My Dell laptop loads and only manages to get to my desktop screen but none of my desktop and task bar items appear and niether does the start Icon. I have tried leaving it to load for a while but still nothing happens. Is the solution possibly solvable?

i think it's a virus. which anti-virus you using??
