OK, so because you failed to mention your Email provider, I could not assist you in giving your some links for help. I suggest going to your email provider and looking for a SUPPORT link and click on it!

Well, I am sorry that you do not know who your email provider is. I did not think that I would have to get that simple. Your email provider is the company you are attempting to log into. What is your Email address domain, so give me the name AFTER @ SIGN. So let me know where you are trying to log into, something like: @gmail.com.
DO NOT GIVE ME THE USERNAME BEFORE THE @ SIGN!

i've tried to get this email back in different ways but there's no option to answer my security question. i remember half of my password and signed in till one of this two mails got blocked

Hotmail has now been replaced by Outlook so Hotmail is now Outlook and your Hotmail account should work in Outlook.
