All External Drives are not showing up in Device Manager. Closed

Hello, 

I have a windows vista busness pc tha has two external drives plugged into it that work fine. However, if i ad another flash/external usb drive it installs the driver says its working properly but the drive does not appear in "My Computer" so I then go to Device Manager where it does not appear in there either. 


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

try scan for hardware changes option in device manager
                       or
 control panel-->add hardware(this wizard helps you to analyze whether your hardware fix properly in the Port ) 
else change the USB port and try

All External Drives are not showing up in Device Manager.
