Installed an OS but after a couple of days,my computer restarts over and over ag

I installed a window 7 ultimate, 32bit on my dell xps M1210 about 5 consecutive times. This was what happened, when ever i install the OS, after some few days, the computer restarts itself repeatedly and doesn't even get to the desktop. This process continues over and over again until i run a new windows over and then access my old windows. Kindly help me by explaining what causes this and what i can do to remedy this catastrophe...

I suspect you have a failing hard disk. You should install a new hard disk and reinstall Windows.

Can’t access settings for a few days lock out

Hello, I hope whoever reads this message is well!  I’ve been experiencing an issue since before Christmas and I have no idea what to do. When opening Instagram the app, it always tries to get me to update my email address. After doing the app states I won’t have access to some settings for a few days. This has been going on since December, I’ve tried updating my email address on multiple devices to no avail. (See photos) Any guidance/help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
