OK, please understand that we are volunteers. We answer technical questions on our free time. Please post another question, with all of the details of your problem, as we do not even have the slightest idea of which direction to guide you, as you have not given us any info to help you with.

open the log in page.. click option forgot password.. it will give the instructions what to do
