Wifi won't work after installing window pro xp

I have switched wifi on my toshiba l300 laptop on the front of the laptop I don't have the internet broadband etc I connect through my hotspots on blackberry can't do that the network adapter when I click on that it has real something what do I do or what can I do I have no drivers either

you will need to download the XP driver on another PC and use a Flash drive to transfer them.
