Can't open Facebook website

I have been trying to get on Facebook for two days. FB will not load at all, no pages, not even help page or make a new account page. I have troubled shouted everything thing. I can log in to any site I want to except FB. I know its not down in this area cuz my Mom lives right down the road, four blocks from me, and she can get on FB just fine. I have tried loading it in different browsers with no success. I have ran my laptop for any viruses and there is none. FB will not even open on my smart phone. I have cleared all my history and cache on both browsers. I have cleaned up all files and restarted my laptop. I have done other thing wont list all but please help me I am stuck.
