Can I accomplish this with Conditional Formatting or another way

Hello,

I have two worksheets. I would like to enter values in a column of sheet 1. When any of those values match a value in a table on sheet 2, the cell on sheet 1 should assume the fill color of the matching cell value's fill color from the table on sheet 2.

Please advise if I can accomplish this with conditional formatting as well as the steps. If there is another way, VBA or otherwise, to accomplish this please advise as well.
