Computer works slowly

Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit sp1 2 gb ram
I hav`nt got an Installation disk.
Any ideas?

What is the problem? PC running slow? When was the last time you cleaned out its cage? Defrag, delete cookies, and clear temp folder. Start there!

Off course i did all u wrote and still the computer works slowly.

So uninstall the last three programs you installed.
